I went to a launch party for a 90-Day Challenge at The Bar Method Tuesday night…yes I’m hooked and still shaking it up at the workouts there. Anyhow, I had been working in my clinic all day and so when I arrived for the evening gala after about 7 hours of therapy, I was looking like a sweaty mess in an outfit I think I put on in the dark yesterday morning. As I cued up in the line up to place my first order – a gourmet curried chicken sandwich, I couldn’t help but look around at all the yummy tables full of people connecting, engaged, having fun. I was transported to Italy where these types of afternoon scenarios happen in quaint little hidden cafes on cobbled streets.

My heart kind of ached for a second and I longed for the … Read the rest

I am still smiling from this past Friday night. Often by the time Friday comes around, and my last client has left my office to enter his or her world with a fresh perspective to consider, I feel heart full and ready to reboot with Joe. Many times we head for the movie theater to catch a great new release and follow with some consternations and stimulations about life, love, and the state of the World..
